From the time it opened its doors in April 2010, Mundo Churrasco Bardon has been
providing customers with its own special style of Brazilian Barbecue Churrasco
(pronounced, Shoo-Has-Co). The Churrasco tradition dates back over 300 years,
and was set by the "Gauchos" Southern Brazilian cowboys when they would head
out onto the plains to search for only the highest grades of livestock. Upon return
the gauchos would prepare the meat on large sword like skewers over the open
flame whilst telling stories of their journey. The families would prepare a fanfare of
accompaniments which complimented the succulent meats. The gauchos would then
carve the meat for each member of the family.
Dining at Mundo Churrasco is an experience which must be had once in your
life...you only have one problem, once you dine with Mundo you just can't resist

Mundo Churrasco Aspley is the latest addition to the Mundo family. Opened October
2012, it provides the same quality Churrasco experience provided at the original
store just in a new location north of the city. Adding to this Mundo Churrasco Aspley
is also open for lunch and has a private dining room which can be
used for everything from business meetings to birthday parties. Please check our
